All pieces are carefully handmade in Melbourne, Australia. Please allow time for making, packing, and dispatching.

Processing Time

Ready-to-ship items will usually be dispatched within 3–5 business days.

Made-to-order pieces may require 1–3 weeks depending on the complexity of the work. Estimated processing times will be noted in the product description.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

Orders within Australia are shipped via Australia Post with tracking.

Estimated delivery time:

• Standard Shipping: 2–7 business days
• Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

International Shipping

International shipping is available to selected countries.

Delivery times vary depending on destination and customs processing. Please note that buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply.
